To date, CHP has collected over $2 million in donations on behalf of charitable organizations by inviting guests to share in the Magic of Giving at holiday photo experiences across North America.
The industry leader in experiential photography, Cherry Hill Programs (CHP) has made giving back to our communities an integral part of its mission to bring magic to every experience. The Magic of Giving raises awareness about the missions of its charitable partners and collects donations on their behalf at whereissanta.com and more than 600 retail centers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
CHP’s 2022 Magic of Giving partners and corresponding Holiday Magic LIVE events, created to inspire guests to give back, include:
Autism Speaks, Autism Speaks Canada, and Santa Cares
Together with Autism Speaks and Autism Speaks Canada, CHP hosts Santa Cares events to allow people of all ages and abilities to enjoy Santa Magic photo experiences in an inclusive, sensory-friendly environment. Guests are invited to donate to Autism Speaks and Autism Speaks Canada online when booking their photo experience and on site at participating locations. To date, CHP has collected $1.5 million dollars in guest donations on behalf of Autism Speaks. CHP has been a proud partner of Autism Speaks since 2015 and Autism Speaks Canada since 2015.
The Humane Society of the United States and Pet Nights
CHP supports The Humane Society of the United States through Pet Night events, dedicated time for pets to share in Santa Magic photo experiences. Guests are invited to donate to The Humane Society online when they book their reservation at whereissanta.com or on site at participating locations during Pet Night events. CHP has been a proud partner of The Humane Society since 2021.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and PJ Parties
This year, CHP is proud to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® through PJ Parties. Each Tuesday at participating Santa photo locations, these themed events combine two favorite traditions in one, wearing festive PJs while capturing photos with Santa. CHP invites guests to make a donation to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® when they book their reservation at whereissanta.com or at checkout during PJ Parties to support its mission: Finding cures. Saving children.® 100% of donations will go directly to St. Jude.
Guests have three opportunities to support these charitable causes. Guests can make a $1, $5, $10, or a “keep the change” contribution for charitable partners onsite with their photo package purchase at checkout during designated times. Guests can donate to any Magic of Giving partner any time online when they book their reservation at whereissanta.com. CHP also invites the community to give back to the charitable partners directly on their websites by visiting magicofgiving.whereissanta.com.
