*Field referrals must apply for a position and work for a minimum of 20 hours for each season to receive a bonus. Referral cannot be a family member or direct report of the Referee. This is a referral bonus for peer-level hires. If you are a manager, you may refer staff to another location not under your supervision to be eligible for a bonus.

*Corporate referrals must be for a manager position and work for a minimum of 45 days to receive a bonus. Referral cannot be a family member or direct report of the Referee.
