August 20, 2025. Marlton, New Jersey — Cherry Hill Programs (CHP) and Photogenic Inc. (PGI), the North American leaders in experiential photography, are pleased to announce Kate Johnson as Director of Strategic Partnerships, effective immediately.
With more than 13 years at Simon Property Group, Kate brings experience in marketing, business development, and branded partnerships within the retail and guest services space. Her proven ability to build high-performing collaborations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences makes her uniquely qualified to lead new partnership initiatives at CHP and PGI.
Over her 13 years at Simon Property Group, Kate held several marketing and business development roles and was honored with Simon’s “Best of the Best” award for marketing excellence in 2017.

In her new role, Kate will be responsible for forging and growing strategic alliances with national brands and developing initiatives designed to heighten seasonal photo experiences and increase foot traffic.
