June 25, 2021: Cherry Hill Programs, the market leader in holiday and souvenir experiential photography, is excited to welcome back Becky Gilstrap as she returns to her role as a Recruiting Manager with the Retail Recruiting & Talent Management for Cherry Hill Programs effective June 17, 2021.
Since beginning her holiday photography career in 2003, Becky has worked several roles within the organization. From local manager at The Irving Mall in Texas, to a district manager for our Mid-West Region, Becky has worked many years as a field team member, which provided her with a wealth of knowledge on operations, as well as many valuable relationships. In 2007, Becky joined the Santa Central team, and has nurtured the relationships she made during her time in the field to become a very successful Santa Recruiter.
Prior to joining Cherry Hill Programs, Becky worked in accounting and management, skills that aided her transition into the Santa Central team. Jenny Miley, Director Retail Recruiting & Talent Management, remarks on Becky’s return to Santa Central, “Becky is skilled at relationship building and has developed many successful, professional friendships over the years.
