March 17, 2023. Marlton, New Jersey – Cherry Hill Programs (CHP) is excited to announce their latest (human) capital venture – the hiring of a new role, Vice President of Human Resources, Sara Tsivikis. Tsivikis spent the past 10 years working in HR within the Theme Park industry. Starting her HR career in training and development, Tsivikis is very passionate about creating dynamic learning opportunities to ensure all employees feel prepared and excited to start their new journey. Sara believes HR is a ‘support department’ and enjoys creating a positive/exciting work environment for employees and developing programs and experiences that are highly valued by the teams she works for. When asked about the best part of working in HR, Sara said, “… [it’s] getting to meet so many great people and, in our industry, no day is the same.”

In Sara’s short time since joining the CHP team on March 1, she has already implemented new practices and policies to better connect with both corporate staff in Marlton, NJ, as well as remote staff stationed across the globe. Incorporating pop culture phenomenon such as a March Madness bracket for all staff to play and compete, Sara aims to connect CHP’s employees through multiple facets.
Sara shared, “After only being at Cherry Hill Programs two weeks, it already feels like home. We have a really great group that makes the magic happen behind the scenes every day and their passion and positivity is unmatched! I have really enjoyed learning more about what makes our company so special and look forward to partnering with our different divisions and leaders to make memorable experiences for our employees and our guests.”
