Cherry Hill Programs, the company behind the future of experiential photography, is pleased to announce another step towards their growing success by enhancing the Marketing team. CHP welcomes Andrea Wilson as the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, a new strategically developed position that was designed to foster collaboration amongst HR and Marketing to strategize recruiting initiatives that elevate field and corporate employment quality and generate staffing solutions.
As a well-known team leader in the home fashions industry, Andrea most recently led an international sales team at The Robert Allen Group, focusing on team building, professional development and training, and market research and strategy to maximize the customer experience. With over thirty years’ experience working in Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development, Andrea brings a wealth of experience, creativity and determination to Cherry Hill Program’s growing Marketing team. Her extensive knowledge and expertise is an asset to the Recruiting and Marketing departments for the holiday and souvenir divisions.
Andrea shares, “I look forward to contributing my skills and experience to an already tremendously talented team at CHP. As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Andrea will use her proven track record of building and enhancing applicant and talent pools and generating marketing strategy to achieve employment results by implementing innovative solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Andrea will oversee marketing strategy that delivers recruiting, hiring and onboarding results for holiday and souvenir field staffing and corporate employment. She will liaise between HR, Marketing and Operations to bring on and develop quality employees at each experiential photography location across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
