Referral Program Policy

REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM

Cherry Hill Programs and Photogenic will compensate a qualified employee that refers a candidate who is hired and successfully completes employment for a specified duration for in a seasonal or part-time position. The purpose of this policy is to reward employees who refer talented people to join our team.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for bonus compensation, employees must meet all the following requirements:

  • Awards will be paid in $25 or $50 increments, depending on the length of employment for each successful new hire.
  • The referred new hire must not be a previous employee of the Company, including Holiday and Souvenir divisions.
  • Employees eligible to receive the bonus must also remain in good standing and employed at the time of the payout.
  • The appropriate documentation must be submitted to the Payroll/HR Department to be processed.
  • Payments will be subject to all applicable payroll taxes.

Corporate Careers

  • Candidate must be hired into a Management position or above.
  • New hire employment must remain in effect for a minimum of 45 days.
  • Employee being referred must not be a family member to anyone working within the same department or in a reporting relationship.
  • Half of the payout will be processed at the time of hire. The second half will be processed at the completion of 45 days of employment.

Holiday Division

  • New hires employment must begin within four days of opening day.
  • Referred candidates must not be a significant other, family member, or direct report within the same location.
  • Referrals are only accepted from seasoned staff (not a brand-new employee).
  • The new hire must remain employed and in good standing through the entire holiday season - minimum employment of forty (40) hours.
  • Payouts will be processed within 2 weeks of the last day of the holiday season.

Souvenir Division

  • New hire employment must remain in effect for a minimum or 60 days at the specified location.
  • Employees being referred to any position must not be a family member to anyone working at the same location. Family members may be referred to other locations or divisions.
  • Payouts will be processed on the 60th day of employment for souvenir staff referrals.

REFER-A-SANTA PROGRAM

Cherry Hill Programs will provide rewards that lead to the successful hiring, onboarding and retention of qualified Santa positions.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for bonus compensation, employees must meet all the following requirements:

  • A $100 reward will be awarded for Santa referrals that lead to successful hiring, onboarding and retention for the duration of the holiday season.
  • Payouts will be processed within 2 weeks of the last day of the holiday season.
  • The referred Santa must not be a previous employee of the Company, including Holiday and Souvenir divisions.
  • Employees eligible to receive the bonus must also remain in good standing and employed at the time of the payout.
  • The appropriate documentation must be submitted to the Payroll/HR Department to be processed.
  • Payments will be subject to all applicable payroll taxes.
